All services at Kay-Lynn begin with a soothing foot soak while you and your therapist have a full consultation to determine the best approach to achieve your specific desired outcome.

Our massage services are customized for each client using techniques and modalities to fit your needs. Aromatherapy is always complementary and chosen by you prior to your massage.
Massage: Our massages are integrated to include multiple techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, stretching and movement, and manipulation of trigger points. The benefits range from promoting relaxation, to the release of tension, and lessening of chronic pain.*Hot stones or paraffin may be incorporated into this treatment. Both take time to prepare and should be requested when your service is booked.Available in: 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120 minutes
Prenatal Massage: This is a specific massage for expecting mothers to help relieve discomforts such as stress, back pain, and leg cramps.Pillows and side-lying positions are used to ensure maximum comfort.*Only available after the first trimester.*Limited aromatherapy is available.Available in: 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes
Hot Stone Massage: Heated basalt stones can be used to sooth sore, stiff muscles and relieve stress. You and your therapist may customize the use of stones for specific needs or full body application in order to melt away tension.*Takes time to prepare and should be requested when your service is booked.Available in: 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes

Nap Time: One thing that everyone wants to know after a massage is if they can lie there for a few more minutes. We would like to offer you that option. After your treatment is completed your therapist will place a warm bolster under your neck and an eye pillow over your eyes before stepping out of the room, giving you a moment for meditation and slumber. We will gently wake you after 15 minutes.Available in: 15 minutes
